positive review  If you're in the area then the Gurkha Durbar (or the Gurkha Durbs as we affectionately call it) has to be your first port of call! Delicious to say the least!

positive review  Great food and lovely staff. The mint chocolates were an added bonus!

positive review  My apprentice and I had another fine meal at the end of a hard day of bashing metal. We swelled the number of stalwart diners by double which seems a shame as there is plenty of room to be safe and enjoy fab food and a constant welcome. I think we will be in a lot over the next few months. Check out 'Victorian House of Arts & Crafts currently showing on BBC4 and iplayer if you're bored.

Namaste and Welcome

Located in the wonderful village of Grayshott in Hampshire, we have been serving up delicious Nepalese curries since 2005.

Owned by retired British Army officer Major Mani Kumar Rai (MBE DL) of the Royal Gurkha Rifles, and run by his lovely wife Sudha (Trustee Gurkha Museum Winchester and Pipal Tree Charity ); we value our strong base of regular customers and always welcome any new visitors who are keen to sample our traditional Himalayan fare.

Please join us for a meal or ask about events, vouchers and outside catering.

Dhanyabad (Thank you)
