This is a begging letter – there, we’ve said it.
Headley Youth Football Club is a constantly growing and successful local league club providing training, non-competitive and competitive football for all ages from 6 to 18. It has achieved the Football Association Charter Standard Hampshire Community Club of the Year for the past three years, has 22 teams playing in various local youth leagues in Hampshire and Berkshire, involving over 250 children in well managed and coached local football at a very friendly and well-run club. It constantly is in need of funds to maintain its high standards and promote its development.
We are organising a music festival which is taking place on Saturday June 8th 2013 in aid of the club. The music festival will run from 15:00 to 23:00 and we have seven live bands (all giving there time for free) along with a magician, face painting, bar, food and stalls. Various local companies have helped with staging and fencing etc and we are hoping to achieve a sell out of 1200 people.
We thought we would have a ticket tombola where people can hopefully win prizes of tickets to various attractions and eateries etc and was hoping you might be able to donate something for this purpose.
If you were able to donate any tickets or even discount tickets or vouchers we would be really pleased.
If you want to include advertising material with your donation please do as we will have ample room to display posters and leaflets etc.

Three of us ate with you on Saturday evening and we agreed unanimously that it was the most delicious meal. I would regard it as the finest Nepali meal I’ve had. That was the food! The service was supreme and the welcome very warm. Thank you so much. I shall definitely head back when next in the area.
